ELENA DEBOLD

Elena DeBold is a Baltimore based artist and filmmaker. In her current body of work she creates intimate, interactive, multisensory environments, which asks the audience to bear witness to the trauma of others. Her work deals with the individual human experience and the expression of personal narratives to form a basis for an empathic understanding of the lives of others. Elena is the recipient of the RTKL fellowship grant and recieved her  MFA in the Intermedia and Digital Arts program at University of Maryland Baltimore County.
